Figures. I've seen this too many times - parents forgetting their children until they're either a) shamed publically, or b) missing out on a financial opportunity. I only hope that there's no drama for this young girl's life, or we're going to end up with another Lindsay Lohan, completely confused about her relationship with her dysfunctional family. In my opinion, assuming he in fact never tried to contact the family, he should leave them alone; however, if he had indeed tried to contact the family but the mum wouldn't allow it, I wonder why he only now wants to try again. A devoted father wouldn't give up so easily and just re-appear after six years of separation. Just let Natalie be happy, and if she wants to contact her dad, let her. But it's not up to the dad anymore is it? He had his chance. It's up to Natalie now. I don't think anyone should ask Natalie. I think Natalie should have to initiate and ask about her father. It's just totally unfair of him to bring her drama when she's on such a high in life.
